Its all in the mind

You would have heard about this saying many times and really wouldn’t have thought about it much.
There are endless ways to interpret a particular situation but we pick a particular way to look at thinks. Are we picking it randomly ? Whose is deciding which is wrong and which is right when there is no clear answers. I guess the answers for all such questions is “OUR MIND”. Yes we all the slaves to you mind, we do what our mind says to do. This is where all the processing of inputs happens.
One thing that really intrigues me whether we control our mind or does our mind controls us.
When we receive external stimuli we react to it, but who decides how to react. Its the mind that commands us to respond to the event. The external stimuli is received from our sensory organ and it is then send it to the brain to me processed and then the body reacts accordingly.
But how our brain processes these unbiased events and creates a perception?
We tend to think a lot of negativity which is shown by our perception to an event or our reaction.
So how do I force my mind to think positive? The answer to this question is YOGA and Meditation


YOGA is a is the Hindu practice of physical, mental, and spiritual discipline, originating in ancient India. The goal of yoga, or of the person practicing yoga, is the attainment of a state of perfect spiritual insight and tranquility while meditating on the Hindu concept of divinity or Brahman.
Modern life style has high exposure to anger, hate, fear and other negative emotions. These human emotions have a high tendency to duplicate and spread. For example, when a person gets cheated, he starts to suspect everything around him. This also has an impact on people around him. These emotions form strong impressions and opinions on an individual and social level. The result of which is an insecure individual and an unstable society.
Meditation helps an individual overcome these emotions to facilitate a calm peaceful mind and a healthy and stress free body


MEDITATION is nothing but to relax your mind. Its purpose is to remove all the negativity that our mind has captured .
The blessing from GOD would be humans enjoying there life and live happily which can only happen through a healthy mind.
If you wish to ask one thing from GOD, don’t ask for wealth( because it may not make you happy at some point in your life) but ask for a good Sense.
